We participate with the majority of commercial plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem and Empire), NYSHIP, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, and more. Please call to find out specific plan participation
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You may or may not need a referral based on your specific plan, and our team will handle all required referrals prior to your appointment.
What is your new patient procedure?
Our intake is easy! You will complete your new patient paperwork prior to your initial visit with our practice. Our therapists will review the physician's orders and will devise a plan to meet all of your specific needs and goals for therapy. Your therapist will be in regular communication with your ordering provider to ensure your care is up to date and as efficient as possible
Can I come to your facility if my doctor is not affiliated with PrecisionCare?
You sure can! Our therapists can treat patients referred to us by any physician or practice. We look forward to serving all of Riverhead and the surrounding areas.
