Brian A. Herrera, PT, DPT
Brian has been a licensed physical therapist in New York state since receiving his master’s degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College in 2001. He has spent the last twenty years providing care in all phases of the rehabilitation process including outpatient, inpatient, and in-home physical therapy.
Brian has a strong belief in using up-to-date, evidenced-based treatment plans to address a multitude of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. To further his commitment to this process, Brian enrolled in the doctoral program at Northeastern University and earned the degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2019. Brian is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Nicole Russo, MS, OTR/L
Nicole is a registered and licensed occupational therapist. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degrees from the University of Scranton. Upon leaving PA, Nicole began her career by creating a new, ground-up occupational therapy program in an already-existing chiropractic and physical therapy location in New Jersey.
Nicole strives to deliver person-centered therapy to every patient while staying up-to-date on current research and therapeutic techniques. She has experience in acute, subacute, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings and has used her experience in each level of settings to better her in treating all individuals with functional deficits; especially relating to the upper extremity. Nicole excels in making custom splints in-office and taking time to create a plan of care that is specific to the patient's needs. She is also a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and is certified in physical agent modalities as well as BLS/CPR.
Corey Gruner, PT, DPT
Cory Gruner, PT, DPT graduated from St. Joseph’s College in 2013 with a B.S in Biology: Health Sciences and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Stony Brook University in 2016.
As a life-long athlete, fitness advocate, and now healthcare professional, Cory focuses on bridging together fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness to benefit a broad range of patients. He specializes in orthopedic physical therapy including but not limited to arthroscopy, joint replacement, MVA, work related injuries, spine, and sports therapy across all age groups. He has completed continuing education in Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminar (MAPS) focused on Orthopedic Manual Therapy and is currently pursuing his CSCS and SCS certifications.
Outside of work, Cory enjoys fitness, lifting weights, and playing basketball. He is also a big fan of the MLB, NBA, NFL, and UFC.
